What Is This Programme About?
The English Mastery™ Programme is our most popular and highly effective programme which is specially designed to help students acquire and develop the key language skills to help them tackle all 4 paper components of the English exams. This programme is developed with love and care by the EduEdge Team of Language Specialists after more than 3 years of education research and over a total of 5,000 hours going into curriculum design. Every year, we will revise the programme and add in new content to ensure that the learning materials are the most up-to-date with current affairs and aligned with the latest MOE English Syllabus. On top of our unique EduEdge Formula-Style Teaching method, a skills-based approach with different thematic focuses is adopted to deliver the lessons.

Unlike many schools / tutors who simply adopt a touch-and-go or drill-and-practice approach, EduEdge structures our programme around learning cycles or modules with a focus on depth. We help our students develop clarity of their thought processes and a deep understanding of their skills application. GENERAL PAPER GEAR-UP™
The General Paper Gear-UP™ Programme is a rigorous programme for Junior College & IP students who are sitting for their A-Level GP national exams. As the name suggests, the programme is specially designed to gear students up and fully prepare them for their national exams. Students will be equipped with powerful skills, strategies and techniques to help them tackle all the paper components of their GP exams effectively. No other centre or programme provides such complete and comprehensive coverage of breadth and depth.
Unlike many schools / tutors who almost always swarm their students with heavy content, EduEdge adopts a balanced approach covering bite-sized content strategically with an emphasis on acquiring the critical GP skill sets – analysis, evaluation and argumentation.
GP is not a subject where students can simply memorise their way to better grades.
That is why we help our students crystallise and concretise their own thoughts while developing clarity of their thought processes at the same time. Additionally, we ensure that our students have a deep understanding of their skills application. What Is The Difference Between The IEPC™ & The Regular Weekly English or GP Gear-UP™ Class?
The IEPC is an add-on to the regular English or GP Gear-UP class. It is not meant to substitute or replace the weekly English or GP Gear-UP Class.
Even though the IEPC was originally intended for non-EduEdge students, many EduEdge students (even those who have been with us since Primary 4 or Secondary 1) still hop on-board the programme every year.
That is because they appreciate the extra learning opportunities for deepening their understanding and applying the techniques taught since English is a skills-based subject.
The more mindful practice they receive, the deeper their understanding and the better their application during exams. (Think: A professional swimmer who builds up his speed and stamina by training in the pool daily.)
What’s more, they know this is the final lap to their national exams and it will be a huge mistake to take any chances.
Hence, they want to give their best by intensifying their learning to twice a week.
As you can see, the IEPC is not for everyone but only for students who are serious about achieving their best English or GP grade ever.

WRITE RIGHT™
The Write Right™ is a 10-month writing programme which is built upon the main English Mastery™ or Gear-UP™ Programmes. This programme is specially designed to nurture your child’s passion for writing and develop your child into a critical thinker and proficient writer.
2-hour lessons are conducted once every 2 weeks for a total of two sessions per month. Every month, one lesson will focus on Situational Writing, whereas the other lesson will focus on Continuous Writing.
Detailed feedback will be provided for every piece of writing your child does so they will know how to improve their writing effectively and quickly.
At the end of this programme, your child will acquire and develop all the necessary skills, strategies and techniques to help them tackle the Paper 1 Writing Components of their PSLE or GCE O/ N-Level national exams, clinching up to 35% of their total marks with ease and confidence.
