What is the typical work schedule?
At EduEdge, we believe in balancing productivity with a healthy work-life dynamic. Our schedules are designed to suit the unique requirements of each role:
For Language Specialists (Teachers)
- Weekdays: Work hours are semi-flexible. Teachers are typically in the office for lessons, meetings or training. On non-teaching days, preparation and marking can be done remotely.
- Weekends: Teachers work on both weekends, with one usually being a longer teaching day and the other a shorter day.
This arrangement allows for structured productivity while offering flexibility for independent work.
For Content Marketing Specialists
Hybrid Work Arrangement:
- In-Office Days: Typically two days per week (e.g., Monday and Wednesday or Friday and Wednesday).
- Remote Work: The remaining three days are work-from-home, offering flexibility while ensuring consistent collaboration and productivity.
For Admin & Ops Team
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 2:30 PM to 9:30 PM
- Saturday & Sunday: 8:30 AM to 6:45 PM
Additional Perk: Admin & Ops team members periodically receive an additional day off on Monday, Wednesday or Friday to support work-life balance.

- For Admin & Operations Team: A 3-month comprehensive training program covering key responsibilities, including operational support, customer service, lead management and sales strategies, ensuring you are equipped to excel in your role.
- For Content Marketing Specialists: A 3-month training program focused on research, ideation, video production, editing and social media management, ensuring you have the skills to create impactful content and drive engagement.
It doesn’t matter if you have prior experience or not — what truly matters is your attitude and hunger to learn and improve.
In addition, all team members will receive mentorship from experienced colleagues and coaching from the Founders, providing continuous support and professional growth opportunities.
